Our financial advocates are committed to guiding you through your insurance benefits, out-of-pocket expenses, and other financing options every step of the way.

Before your first visit, you are encouraged to submit your insurance information. Our Insurance Benefits Verification (IBV) team will then check and confirm your insurance benefits. A way you can advocate for yourself is to contact your insurance company to understand whether your plan includes fertility care. If it does, ask for details about what aspects of treatment they may cover, whether a referral can help with costs, and if you’re required to be seen at a specific clinic. Always remember to get the name of the person you spoke with over the phone. After your first appointment, our team is here to help guide you through the financing process and make sure your coverage and options are as transparent as possible.

Please Note:
Male fertility and urology services performed at our surgical centers may qualify for in-network insurance reimbursement. Once your benefits are verified, our Financial Advocate or Front Desk team will review your coverage details with you and discuss the next steps.
